Terms & Conditions
Please review these conditions before submitting a participant or brand registration.
1. Event Details
The event is scheduled for Saturday, 24 October 2026 at Sheikha Fatima Park, Abu Dhabi. The organizers may reasonably change the schedule, timing, venue arrangements or format where required.
2. Registration
All applicants must complete the official registration form with accurate information. Submission does not guarantee participation; registration is confirmed only after approval from the event organizers.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participants must arrive at the communicated reporting time and follow instructions provided by the event team.
4. Ingredients
Competition participants are responsible for their own ingredients unless otherwise communicated. Ingredients must be fresh, safe and suitable for consumption.
5. Food Safety
Appropriate hygiene standards must be maintained while preparing, handling, presenting and serving food.
6. Allergens
Participants must clearly disclose potential allergens, including nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, seafood, soy and sesame. The organizers cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Equipment
Participants and vendors are responsible for their utensils, serving materials, display items and equipment unless otherwise communicated. Electrical or specialist equipment may require prior organizer approval.
8. Safety
Any ingredient, equipment or preparation method considered unsafe may be prohibited. Venue, security, health and safety instructions must be followed at all times.
9. Competition / Vendor Area
Participants and vendors must keep their allocated area clean, organized and safe, and dispose of waste responsibly.
10. Judging
Competition judging may consider taste, creativity, presentation, originality and ingredient combination.
11. Judges’ Decision
The decision of the appointed judges and event organizers will be final.
12. Conduct
Respectful behavior toward judges, staff, visitors, vendors and other participants is required. Unsafe, offensive or disruptive conduct may lead to disqualification or removal.
13. Personal Belongings
Participants and vendors are responsible for their personal belongings, equipment, stock, ingredients and valuables.
14. Photography & Videography
Photography and video may take place during the event. By participating, attendees acknowledge that event media may be used for social media, websites, marketing and future event promotion.
15. Children & Minors
Where applicable, minors may be required to attend with a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for their supervision.
16. Health Conditions
Participants with medical conditions, allergies or special requirements should inform the organizers in advance.
17. Brand Documents & Signature
Brand and partner applicants must submit a valid trade license and an authorized representative signature. Providing invalid, expired, false or misleading documentation may result in rejection or cancellation of the registration.
18. Event Changes
The organizers may postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel activities when required due to safety, weather, venue, operational or other circumstances.
19. Disqualification / Rejection
An application or participation may be rejected or cancelled for violating event rules, supplying misleading information, creating safety risks or failing to follow organizer instructions.
20. Acceptance
By submitting a registration form, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and event guidelines.
